Imperial (Cyrodil)

  • +2 to any one stat (except for Cha)
  • +2 Cha, -2 Dex
  • +2 Bluff, +2 Diplomacy, +2 Sense Motive
  • +1 Caster level when casting any healing spell or cure spell.
  • One extra feat at level 1
  • One extra skill point each level

Breton (High Rock)

  • +2 to any one stat (except for Int)
  • +2 Int, -2 Con
  • +2 Knowledge (Arcane), +2 Knowledge (Planes), +2 Knowledge (Nobility)
  • +4 to saves to resist all harmful spells that allow for a save.
  • -2 to saves made against beneficial spells. Bretons must save against all beneficial spells (even ones that heal wounds). A failed save results in the spell having no effect.
  • One extra feat at level 1
  • One extra skill point each level

Redguard (Hammerfell)

  • +2 to any one stat (except for Con)
  • +2 Con, -2 Wis
  • +2 Acrobatics, +2 Climb, +2 Survival
  • +4 Saves to resist disease and poison
  • One extra feat at level 1
  • One extra skill point each level

Nord (Skyrim)

  • +2 to any one stat (except for Str)
  • +2 Str, -2 Int
  • +2 Craft (Any One), +2 Intimidate, +2 Survival
  • Resist 5 cold damage.
  • One extra feat at level 1
  • One extra skill point each level

High Elves (Summerset Isle)

  • +2 Dex, +2 Int, -2 Con
  • +2 Perception, +2 Knowledge (Arcane), +2 Knowledge (Divine)
  • Elven Weapon Familiarity: Elves are proficient with longbows (including composite longbows), longswords, rapiers, and shortbows (including composite shortbows), and treat any weapon with the word “elven” in its name as a martial weapon.
  • Low-light Vision (See twice as far as humans can in dim light.
  • Immune to magic sleep effects. +2 to saves versus enchantment spells and effects.
  • Gains the Spell Reserve feat (+1 Spell Point gained every level)
  • +1 Caster level when casting Enchantment, Transmutation, and Conjuration spells.

Wood Elves (Valenwood)

  • +2 Dex, +2 Wis, -2 Con
  • +2 Perception, +2 Knowledge (Nature), +2 Stealth
  • Elven Weapon Familiarity: Elves are proficient with longbows (including composite longbows), longswords, rapiers, and shortbows (including composite shortbows), and treat any weapon with the word “elven” in its name as a martial weapon.
  • Low-light Vision (See twice as far as humans can in dim light.
  • +4 to saves made against poison and disease.
  • Animal Bond: Wood Elves have an Animal Companion (as a Druid). Their effective Druid level is their character level -3 (if they ARE a Druid) or character level -6 (for any other class).
  • +1 Caster level when casting any spell granted by the Druid or Ranger spell list. (Must be a Druid or Ranger.)

Dark Elves (Morrowind)

  • +2 Dex, +2 Cha, -2 Con
  • +2 Perception, +2 Knowledge (Dungeoneering), +2 Stealth
  • Elven Weapon Familiarity: Elves are proficient with longbows (including composite longbows), longswords, rapiers, and shortbows (including composite shortbows), and treat any weapon with the word “elven” in its name as a martial weapon.
  • Low-light Vision (See twice as far as humans can in dim light.
  • Dark Vision (See in the dark for 60ft)
  • Light Blindness (Abrupt exposure to bright light blinds Dark Elves for 1 round; on subsequent rounds, they are dazzled as long as they remain in the affected area.)
  • Resist 5 Fire damage.
  • +1 Caster level when casting Evocation, Illusion, and Divination Spells.

Orcs (Orsinium)

  • +2 Str, +2 Con, -2 Int
  • +2 Intimidate, +2 to Climb, +2 to Craft (Any One)
  • Orcs are always proficient with greataxes and falchions, and treat any weapon with the word “orc” in its name as a martial weapon.
  • Low-light Vision (See twice as far as humans can in dim light.
  • Darkvision (See in the dark for 60ft)
  • Light Blindness (Abrupt exposure to bright light blinds Dark Elves for 1 round; on subsequent rounds, they are dazzled as long as they remain in the affected area.)
  • Ferocity: Orcs possess the ferocity ability which allows them to remain conscious and continue fighting even if their hit point totals fall below 0. Orcs are still staggered at 0 hit points or lower and lose 1 hit point each round as normal.

Khajiit (Elsweyr)

  • +2 Dex, + 2 Wis, -2 Cha
  • +2 Perception, +2 Stealth, +2 Acrobatics
  • Sprinter: Khajiit gain a 10-foot racial bonus to their speed when using the charge, run, or withdraw actions.
  • Low-light Vision (Can see twice as far as humans in dim light.)
  • Dark vision (Can see in the dark for 60ft)
  • Claws: (Unarmed damage is treated as normal (lethal) damage. They also deal 1d4 damage instead of 1d3. Khajiit Monks deal additional unarmed damage. Increase their unarmed damage die by one step.)

Argonian (Black Marsh)

  • +2 Dex, +2 Con, -2 Cha
  • +2 Disable Device, +2 Sleight of Hand, +2 Stealth
  • Swim Speed of 15ft and +6 to Swim skill.
  • Argonians can hold their breath underwater for a number of minutes equal to their constitution score.
  • Low-light Vision (Can see twice as far as humans in dim light.
  • Histskin: Argonian’s naturally recover health three times faster than humans do (3 hp per day or 6hp when given extended medical attention) and when an Argonian heals hp from a magical source they heal additional hp equal to their constitution modifier.

Halfling (Telmer Valley hidden in the mountains between Hammerfell, Skyrim, and Cyrodil.)

-Commonly Called Halfmer this race has been sheltered from the other 10 races since the disappearance of the Dwemer. Halfmer are believed to be half human (likely Imperial) and half Dwemer. Now they are roughly a thousand in number yet they haven’t left their hidden valley in nearly 3,000 years.

** Speed: Halflings have a base speed of 20 feet.
** Size: Halflings are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their CMB and CMD, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
** Halfling Luck: Halflings receive a +1 racial bonus on all saving throws.
** Fearless: Halflings receive a +2 racial bonus on all saving throws against fear. This bonus stacks with the bonus granted by halfling luck.
